Kimmy Ma's academic discipline in art theories & criticism, received Master of Art in School of Education NYU, also completed Master’s art studio in Venice Italy, Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia, 1995-6 with travel art exhibitions in NYC & Italy. Continuing Executive Education at Columbia Business School, as a lifelong learner, aim to help better our working world.

ART is in our DNA, our mission is to help unleash creative potential in learner centric environments. Our programs offer consultations and art instructions in 2 locations in NYC and virtual formats for outside NYC, with emphasis to communicate creative content.

Our working philosophy embodies “enlisting support” to build a better future with collaboration. Understanding the mentality of “we”. Give gratitude and create curiosity. Be empathetic and paint a picture of how it can be made better on what needs change. Data driven analytics help decision making while creative storytelling with design thinking strategies help magnify its impact in solution seeking. We bridge education, advocate design-led innovations while mentoring young talents with real world navigation.
