Ampersand Inn

The ten-room Ampersand Inn is located on a 14-acre estate nestled within Kittatinny Valley State Park in Sussex County, New Jersey (one hour west of New York City). The Inn is surrounded by the Kittatinny Mountains, lakes, state parks, hiking and biking trails, acclaimed restaurants, 12 renowned wedding venues, and musical performances at the Newton Theatre and other local venues.

We are honored that the Ampersand Inn was recently featured as one of New Jersey's top eight most romantic getaways, earned the 2023 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award (recognizing the Inn’s ranking within the top 10% of TripAdvisor hotels worldwide), and received the New Business Award from the Sussex County Economic Development Partnership.
